Youth LEAD Donations

Youth LEAD depends on the generosity of our partners, Board of Advisors, program participants and, most importantly, upon you to enable us to accomplish our mission.  Together with your help, Sharon town leaders and supporters around the world are working to:

  • Raise awareness of the value of pluralism, and its strengths and challenges;
  • Support educational programs that increase understanding about racial, ethnic, national origin, cultural and religious groups, reduce stereotyping, demystify differences in beliefs, history, and practice, increase empathy between people, and showcase the richness of our diverse cultures;
  • Foster genuine encounter, dialogue, and relationship-building among individuals and groups;
  • Create a sustainable framework for preventing and addressing bias incidents; and
  • Create an inheritance, building a new cycle of leadership to sustain the mission over time.
