Defining Our Methodology

We believe that when teens are given the skills to:

• COMMUNICATE respectfully,
• FACILITATE difficult conversations, and
• ORGANIZE programs that create a culture of pluralism,

TEENS will create new paths to understanding.

Trained teens get invested because they make the decisions.
Teens plan and implement community dialogues and celebrations that address local needs.

Collaborating for Success

Youth LEAD Trainings will give your teens the skills to clearly:

• Identify barriers among different groups of people;
• Develop friendships across difference;
• Initiate and plan service projects, dialogues, and celebrations that strengthen the fabric of our civil society.
